We know shopping online can be a bit tricky, so we've put together a list of common questions to help you out.

How do I attach my handles?

You will need to attach the straps, they come like this so they are protected during shipping.

Your bag will come with two handles, and four button sets. Push the button through the handle and the bag and use the smaller button to snap it together, it may need some gentle force. Take care to check your handles aren't twisted as you attach them.

The straps and buttons aren't designed to come off so please make sure you're attaching them correctly.

How do I fix twisted handles

Rotate the strap around one button until it is back in the correct position. Do not try to remove the buttons as they are not designed to come off.

What are your Bags made out of?

Our Day Bags are made from a high-quality EVA foam (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer foam). This material is lightweight, flexible and durable.

Is the Day Bag waterproof?

It is waterproof, put it down on a wet, sandy beach or muddy field and your items will stay clean and dry inside.

How do you clean the Day Bag?

Our beach bags are waterproof so you can hose them off and leave them to dry. Scuff marks and stubborn dirt can be removed with soap.

How do I care for the bag?

Mud, dirt or stains can be removed with water and soap. 

Avoid extreme heat for prolonged periods, for example leaving it in the car boot in the height of summer. 

Avoid placing heavy items against the bag for an extended period to prevent warping the shape.

How much weight can they hold?
