Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted gifts / change of mind so please choose carefully.

If you believe the item is damaged or faulty, you may be eligible to return your product(s).  

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received – unused and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards or promotional products.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales unless defective or damaged.
  • Change of mind purchases

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@chasingdays.co.nz. with your order number and details about the item(s) you'd like to return. 

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and Chasing Days does not issue return labels. Returned items are shipped at the expense of the purchaser. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
